A Unique Partnership That turned The Page
“This is one of very few programs where there is this much integration between the employer and the apprentices and the training provider. The program is unique in that Halalt and Citizen are collaborating on all aspects of the build and the apprenticeship program, so you have training and employment integrated in a way that wouldn’t usually happen. Ultimately, everything that they build is permanent so everything they do in the classroom is part of the Halalt housing project.”
